Block Your Stolen Mobile Using IMEI Number
IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number known as Mobile phone’s serial number is a 15 digit code that will appear on the mobile display, when you press * # 0 6 #
This number (IMEI) is unique to your handset and Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. When your phone stolen it wills help you to disabling and blocking yours stolen mobile.
You can call your service provider and give it them this code. Then they will be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card, your phone will be totally useless.
You probably won't get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can't use/sell it either. Everybody should do this.
